Museum and Memorial Hall of Sigmund Freud, Příbor
The permanent exhibition will lead us through the history of the town of Příbor since its very foundation by Přemysl Otakar II. in 1251 till the present day. You can see various craft works, cloth manufacturers´, potters´ and weavers´ tools, objects of art, pictures of burgomasters and bishops of Olomouc as well as documents refering to the cultural development of the town and the second world war. Since 1969 the museum has been enlarged with the memorial hall of the native of Příbor, dr. Sigmund Freud, the famous founder of psychoanalysis.
