The look-out tower at Pancíř [ Look-out tower ]
The look-out tower at Pancíř is part of a chalet built in 1923 by the Czechoslovak Tourist Club to a desing by the Klatovy architect Janovský.
It bears the name of Jaroslav Mattuš in honour of one of the first promoters of tourism in the Šumava.
A chairlift offers a comfortable ascent from the railway station at Špičák.
