DENASIL - disperzní barva na beton a eternit
DENASIL dispersed paint on eternit and concrete

DENASIL
is single-component water-based top coat based on acrylate dispersion, containing color-fast pigments, fine aggregates, biocide agents, antirusting additives, coalescents and other additives modulating its properties. As a thinner, it contains water and small volume of solvents, it does not contain any aromatic solvents or varnish-petrol.

Use: Surface treatment of sheet roofing (eternit, concrete, burnt roofing), coating of concrete floors and other silicate surfaces.

Properties:
Density: 1,15 - 1,3 kg/l
Weight solids: 50 - 54 %
pH: 8 - 10
Volume solids: 38 - 42 %

The paint has excellent holding force to silicate surfaces, fast drying, low staining rate and excellent resistance to effects of water and UV radiation, as well as long lifetime.

Surface preparation: The surface needs to be dry, free of any mechanical or greasy impurities and old coating and rust residues, not cohesive to the surface. Old roofing should be cleaned from moss and lichen preferably by combination of proper chemical agent and subsequent mechanical removal of vegetable remains. The surface is to be impregnated with primer called PRIMER B. Next coatings follow after a perfect dry-off of the impregnating varnish, preferably after 4 hours.

Paint application: With brush, roller or spraying in 2 or more layers. A minimum interval between the coatings is 4 hours. The paint is ready for direct use, not to be thinned prior to the application. The temperature of air and surface for the application and paint drying should not fall below + 10 °C. The spreading rate is 6-9 m2 per kg and coating.

Packaging and storing: Packages with weight of 0,8- 200 kg. The paint is to be stored in original packages at the temperature ranging from +5 to +25 °C, minimum storage life of 12 months after the production date. The paint must not freeze.

Safety and hygiene: DENASIL is not hazardous in terms of valid regulations. Use personal protective equipment and follow the personal hygiene principles when working with the paint. Ensure proper ventilation of working area. When spraying the paint, use respiratory protection. Rinse the stained skin with water and soap, rinse affected eyes with a stream of water, in serious cases seek a medical treatment.
